There is always something going on at DFMC! Our goal is never to make you busy, but to create times where you can grow, learn, and fellowship. Below, you will find some activities that we either run or sponsor in our facilities. We hope this gives you a better idea of what's happening at our church.
Weekday Activities

Wednesday Night Supper
Join us on Wednesday nights for food and fellowship before our Wednesday night groups. Groups include Youth activities in the Loft, Children's Choir in the Chapel, and Adult Bible Study remains in Robertson Hall. Dinner line opens at 5:30 pm and we dismiss for groups at 6:15 pm.

Handbells
Our Handbell Choir, under the direction of Steve Miller, meets each Thursday at 5:00pm in the Handbell Room on the breezeway. They play throughout the year at the worship service and add so much to the music of the seasons of the church. The Handbell Choir enjoys learning through workshops and traveling to hear other bell choirs perform. Each year they play for Community Events such as the Carols and Communion at St. Andrews Episcopal Church on Christmas Eve.

Choir
Our Chancel Choir meets each Wednesday evening in the choir room at 7:00 pm following our Fellowship Supper. Each Sunday morning they bring a message in song and add to our 10:30 am worship service. Each Christmas the Chancel Choir Cantata is much anticipated and there are other special events throughout the year to showcase all the talent we have right here at Douglas First!
